Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Refund or exchange for any product defective only due to manufacturing or delivery with notification within 14 days of delivery - must return product(s) for defect testing to verify before refund, credit, or exchange. 

25% Restocking fee applied for all used products (due to contamination/resale risk)

NO refunds or exchanges for significantly used or damaged products.

NO refunds after 14 days past delivery for any products- exchange only.

NO exchanges after 21 days from delivery for any products.
